• Competence verification
• Certificate generation
• CES Midlands internal records

Information collected: your full name, email address, assessment attempts and answers, scores, and certificates issued.

Access: participants can only access their own records after verifying their email address. Authorised CES Midlands administrators can access assessment and certification records for training and competence purposes. Records are not published or shared publicly.

Retention: assessment attempts and certificates are retained as part of CES Midlands training and competence records, and historical attempts are not deleted or overwritten.
